Emerge America’s fee structure is performance based. Our settlement fees, which are saved as part of your monthly contribution, are earned only after we provide you, the consumer, with a bona fide settlement. Thus, when you get a settlement, only then do we earn our fee and get paid. That’s fair, isn’t it?
The predominant industry fee structure is known as a Front-end Loaded model, where the consumer pays the settlement company’s service and settlement fees each month until their fee is paid in full. Only then is your money building towards a settlement. Thus, you would be paying them all their fees first before they begin the process of settling debts for you. In most cases these fees are paid long before settlements are achieved. It’s like paying a contractor in full to work on your home before they even start the job! Would you trust them to complete the job as promised? You wouldn’t agree to that for other services, why would you for debt settlement?
We want you to complete your program and become debt free. That’s why debt advice and debt management planning is an integral part of every one of our programs. Your success in completing your debt settlement program requires your commitment.
